Motoring Offence Law – Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court
Legis Chambers / 0 Comments /At Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court, Counsel Ms Priya Tomar represented the client in his mitigation in a road traffic matter. She ran a successful exceptional hardship argument despite the fact that this was the client’s second EH argument in last three years. She saved the client from a totting ban, who currently stands at 21 points. The client was very pleased with the result and thanked her for her representation.
