She had a varied practice at the Bar for 11 years including serious crime, immigration and civil law in London and Manchester before working in-house in the technology sector. She headed up the Asia desk at a leading law firm in the UK, advising corporates, governments and C-level executives to drive cross-border legal and business operations. Sarah has an international commercial law background, and brings a wide-ranging understanding of different types of law.
Sarah has a keen intellect and is able to read and analyse a case quickly and effectively to identify the core issues and present them effectively to a client, judge or jury. She has appeared for the claimant and defendant in all levels of personal injury cases in a range of road traffic, public liability and employers’ liability cases, and accepts instructions for general civil law including contract, property and company law.
Sarah has also prosecuted and defended serious drugs cases, violent and sexual offences in the Crown Court. She accepts instructions for prosecution and defence work in the Magistrates and Crown Court. She brings with her years of expertise to give clear, pragmatic advice to professional and lay clients to bring about the best result for the case.
Sarah is bilingual in English and Mandarin and various Chinese dialects.
