Motor Offence Law – Lavender Hill Magistrates’ Court
Legis Chambers / 0 Comments /At Lavender Hill Magistrates Court, Counsel Jerry Sodipe represented the defendant who was facing a disqualification having been convicted for driving a motor vehicle at a speed exceeding 30 miles per hour in contravention of temporary maximum speed restriction. Counsel was able to convince the court of exceptional hardship should he be disqualified. The defendant was able to escape disqualification and only received a fine. The client was delighted with the result.
