Civil Law Hearing – Reading County Court
Legis Chambers / 0 Comments /At the County Court at Reading, Counsel Jonathan Trussler represented the defendant in a civil matter. The client had been accused of unlawful eviction and trespass. The Judge, after hearing submissions from counsel, determined that the claimant had been lying throughout his evidence and had his claim dismissed.
